This weekend we spent some time at my parents in the pool. Mason has gotten much more comfortable in the water and enjoys being in the pool, splashing, even getting his face a little wet. On Saturday night when we were heading home Mason spotted his sunglasses near his seat in the car and wanted to wear them. I bought the glasses last year and until Saturday he had no interest in having them on his head for more than a few seconds. Saturday something was different and he wore them the whole way home and inside the house for about an hour (it was dark during this whole time so we are not sure how much he could actually see??) It was pretty funny and he continued to ask for them and wear them this weekend. This morning I sent him off to daycare with Phil and again he had to wear his sunglasses. He also has been very helpful lately when we are getting ready to leave the house. He will help you by getting your shoes and bringing them to you to put on. He likes to try on Phil's and my shoes as well. He tries to lift his little legs with Phil's on and it is quite a sight. Check out the pictures of his shades and him with Dad's shoes on.
