We had our first of four Christmas get togethers over the weekend. My relatives from southern MN came to my parents to eat, eat, open presents and eat some more. My cousin has almost 6 year old twins and Mason and Zoe enjoyed playing with them. As usual it took Mason a while to warm up to everyone, but once he came out of his crabby shell he had a great time. The boys spent some time building some VERY tall towers with blocks. They did a great job and I was impressed at how long the towers actually stood without being knocked down and how tall they could get them. It was a bit of a smaller crowd this year as my Grandma is already in CA and my other cousin and his family recently moved to Wyoming(the state)which is just a bit of a drive for one afternoon :-) It was still nice to see everyone and to all that didn't make it this year we hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

It is a busy time of year isn't it? Every weekend from this last Saturday until New Years is full of Christmas celebrations! It's fun though!
